As an attorney, Daniel has engaged in successful litigation where he has helped represent consumers and entities in various personal injury and employment matters. Prior to joining SM Law Group, Daniel gained valuable litigation experience working at a distinguished defense firm focused on defending personal injury and employment matters on behalf of public entities and corporate clients. Daniel has also previously worked at a reputable plaintiff’s firm, representing individuals that have been injured. In 2020, Daniel has been selected to the Southern California Rising Stars by Super Lawyers.
